Claudia was admitted to the Roll of Public Accountants and Auditors in 2005.
She graduated in economics, with specialization in business administration from Università di Bologna, and with a thesis in general accounting principles applied to consolidated financial statements. She obtained in 1999 the specialization in tax law and tax practice at the business school of Il Sole 24 Ore, with a thesis in tax residency. Since 1999 she has experience as counsel in accounting and tax matters and procedural tax law, having assisted and advised a number of financial institutions and financial companies, with respect also to issues relating to the international accounting standards. She focuses as well on business consulting, developing specific expertise in economic evaluation of companies and company assets.
